Moleskine Planner Time Tracker Hack

By Gaz under Personal Growth

Moleskine

In addition to using my Moleskine Daily Planner as the analogue two-thirds of Azazil GTD, I also need to keep track of how I spend my time in order to bill my customers accurately.

Here’s the easiest possible method of keeping track of billable hours in the very same Moleskine. Akin to Bill Westerman’s time ladder, I use the margin on the left of the hour numbers on each page of the Daily Planner to mark up where my day has gone. At the very bottom of each of those margins I write the daily totals for hours per customer.

Simple but effective.

You can also see one of my bookmark pens across the left page in the photo.
