I finished moving all my worldly possessions out of my house yesterday, ready to exchange contracts tomorrow and complete the sale on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I moved into lodgings 6 weeks ago anticipating completion on August 5th and owe my landlord £300 already Share This

The web hosting T&C for my ISP disallow server side scripting, but I have written a pair of shell scripts to generate and upload the pages that contain my journal entries. Adding a new entry is a cinch now, so gone are the days of leaving months between updates. Share This

Had a good day at the competition: made fourth in the heavy-weight mens’ black belt division (thanks to a bye in the first round) and actually completed my pattern (for a score of 8.95, which put me well down the field). Share This

Had my two curved barbells exchanged for a straight barbell and a ring at Third Millenium just now. Both in a slightly fatter guage. I’m delighted with the result Share This
