There’s not much new material here for me, since I’ve read a few Castaneda books, and most of the Miguel Ruiz books. It was nice to see Castaneda’s work explicitly referred to as Toltec in origin, but other than that the book is just a short walkthrough of various Toltec techniques: Stalking, Recapitulation, Journalling etc.
Although there is nothing inherently bad about the book, Unfortunately, I also suspect that if I had read it before Castaneda and Ruiz, this book doesn’t have anything close to the amount of depth I would have needed to be able to understand much of what the author is talking about.
It is very short though, so I might give it another try to see if I missed any nuggets tucked away in the corners…
